Who we are. Meatloaf Marketing (Udyam: UDYAM-MH-19-0470092), Mumbai, India, provides automated reporting to marketing agencies. Contact: merrill@meatloafmarketing.in
What data we access. When an agency authorises us, we access read-only performance data from Google Ads (campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value), Google Analytics 4 (sessions, traffic sources, key events, revenue) and Meta Ads (campaign performance). We use Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive and Gmail on our own business account to build and send reports. We do not access personal data of the agencies' customers.
How we use it. Solely to produce performance reports and budget or tracking alerts for the agency that authorised access. We do not sell, rent or share this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Google API Services. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI processing. Report summaries may be generated by an AI model using aggregated performance numbers only. No personal information is sent.
Storage and security. Data is stored on secured, access-controlled cloud services. Access tokens are encrypted and never shared with third parties.
Retention and deletion. Data is deleted within 90 days of an engagement ending, or within 30 days of a written request.
Revoking access. Account owners can remove our access at any time from Google Ads (Access and security), Google Analytics (Property access management), Meta Business Settings, or myaccount.google.com/permissions.
